SOUL Coaching

Where inner work meets outer impact

One on one restorative coaching for mission-driven leaders who want to grow in their work without losing themselves in it. The practice serves executive directors, school administrators, ministry leaders, and emerging leaders, shaped for the leader in front of the coach and held over a series of confidential, relational sessions.

The SOUL model guides the work through four movements: Self-Discovery, Overcoming Obstacles, Unleashing Potential, and Living with Intention.

LCSW Clinical Supervision

Walking alongside you toward licensure

Clinical supervision for pre-licensure social workers. If you are an LMSW in Connecticut working toward your LCSW hours, supervision with Nehemie is grounded in reflective, trauma-informed social work practice and aligned with Connecticut licensure requirements.

The work centers on clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, use of self, and professional identity development.

Individual sessions run 60 minutes, virtually across Connecticut and in person in the Greater Hartford area, with rates shaped around the financial realities many LMSWs navigate.
